Instructions
This form is for both students and adults participating in YMCA Texas Youth and Governments' Middle School State Conference Event. If you are an adult advisor or chaperone attending the 2026 State Conference for TXYG, please complete the form with your information. Parents completing registration for their child should answer the questions as the child and have their section materials ready to upload.
***1. Prepare for State Conference Registration***
-Ensure Program Registration is Complete: Before proceeding, make sure the program registration is fully completed, including:
~Completed Payment
~Completed Parental/Program Authorization
-Ensure District Registration is Complete and you attended District Conference: Before proceeding, make sure the district conference registration is fully completed, including:
~Completed Payment~Completed Section Submission
-Section Materials Ready: Have all required section-specific materials ready for upload.
~Legislative: Completed Bill for State Conference Bill Book; indicate if you are a Chair/Clerk.
~State Affairs Forum: Completed Proposal for District Conference Proposal Book; indicate if you are a Chair/Clerk, and provide details of your Proposal Partner(s).
-Financial Assistance or Invoice Code: If applicable, have your code for financial assistance or invoice campus payment ready.
***2. Look Up Your Account***
-Enter your ID number, first and last name, and email address to find your account.
-Use the ID Number provided in the most recent newsletter.
***3. Confirm or Update Section***
-Confirm or update the section in which you'll participate at the State Conference, and answer any section-specific questions.
-Club Advisors and Chaperones: Confirm your preferred rooming arrangements (2 adult to a room or 1 adult to a room) and give us your best guess as to what section would you mostly likely be supervising (no section-specific questions).
-If applying for financial assistance or using an invoice campus code, enter your code during the payment step.
-Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
